Description of the new feature / enhancement

Thank you for your work on the Awake feature!

In Awake settings, please consider letting the user set a custom/dynamic Awake interval time to be displayed in the menu for Awake in the System Tray when selecting Keep Awake On Interval.

Ie, when I go to Awake settings in the System Tray, the static interval options are 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours. I'd like to be able to select something like 9 hours, so it turns off automatically at the end of the workday. The amount of awake hours needed can vary, so a custom time would be best, but adding more options could also work (30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, ... , 9 hours, 10 hours).

As a workaround, I can use Keep Awake Indefinitely, but I have to remember to turn it off at the end of the day to save power. I can also go into Awake > Settings and set a custom interval for 9 hours. But it would be most efficient if I could select a custom interval or any interval from 30 mins to 10 hours from the system tray menu.

Thank you for your consideration!!

Scenario when this would be used?

(see above)

It is not technically a duplicate since those have been closed as completed and this feature does not exist. The difference is I'm requesting the ability to change the interval via the System Tray to times other than the default 30 mins-2 hours. I very much appreciate the AI pointing out the similar requests. Very interesting!

It's not exactly what you're looking for (and I agree having a UI to set custom duration would be great), a workaround for now would be setting the custom duration in settings.json:

    "customTrayTimes":{
        "9 hours": 32400
    }

This has been possible for a long time, though it could be much better. A daily schedule like Amphetamine that I use on Mac would be awesome.

"Keep awake on schedule" would seem a nice addition to Awake. Being able to setup a "Work - 9am to 5pm" schedule for the work day seems logical, along with having the ability to customise that or add your own so you can select from a tray menu later.

The tray UI and settings app page aren't geared towards storing multiple customised entries at the moment, so maybe this would be a good avenue to explore in the future.

+1 to schedule, I would like to have it set automatically 8-16 on weekdays. It could also be bound to Windows Active Hours, as set in Update Settings
