Steps to reproduce

I add the following keymaps:

Sometimes the key mapping suddenly fails, I have to restart the PowerToys to make it work again

✔️ Expected Behavior

The keymap never fails until I close the PowerToys

❌ Actual Behavior

The key mapping
doesn't take effect after hours working properly.
