Single typing of ENTER key to Ctrl + ENTER key in teams app

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want to remap the Enter key to ctrl + Enter only on the Microsoft Teams app since it posts immediately when you type Enter, while most other apps use ctrl + Enter to post messages.
I'm tired of changing the editing mode in the Teams chat window...the Enter key to ctrl + Enter is only on the Microsoft Teams app since it posts immediately when you type Enter, while most other apps set it to ctrl + Enter.

what exactly wanted

• Enter -> Ctrl + Enter in the Teams app
• Ctrl + Enter -> Enter in the Teams app

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever you make a new line in messages in the Teams app.

This is not a duplicate of #6756 since a single ENTER key can not be mapped to Ctrl+Enter on only the Teams app; the modifier key is needed for the "Remap a shortcut" section.

In order to remap keys only you should the "Remap keys" feature.
The target app is missing for "Remap keys" feature and this is tracked by #6756
