error when previewing .txt files in win explorer

Steps to reproduce

Windows explorer show a prompt with an error message whenever I click on a .txt file, and in the preview pane appears a progress bar with a "loading" message. In attachment you may find a print screen, the copy&paste of the details ofthe error message, and the bug report log.

I was expecting to show the file preview

❌ Actual Behavior
