Description of the new feature / enhancement

Facilitate file-type conversion on your own computer. Although I personally would use it mostly for images (usually webp->jpg), and sometimes audio and video files, I'm sure there are plenty of other types of files that could benefit immensely from this.

Scenario when this would be used?

When doing absolutely anything with files collected from various sources or for working between programs

Supporting information

There aren't any free tools that do a wide range of file conversions on your own computer right now to my knowledge, and it would likely be a huge feature that could pull a lot of new people here
