Description of the new feature / enhancement

This feature is called 'File Converter'.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would convert images, videos, audio, programs, etc.
( Example: From .jpg to .jpeg, or from .mp3 to .ogg or .waw, or from .exe to .msi ).

Will executable files be corrupted if we change their extension?

Example: .exe to .msi.

Changing the extension shouldn't change the file. You can try, but changing the extension does not change what the installer is and how it works.
