Description of the new feature / enhancement

Peek should allow preview of files with unknown file endings when they are text-encoded, and probably under a certain file size.

Scenario when this would be used?

Countless scenarios. There are many proprietary (or basically unknown) file endings used to store text, especially in context of programming languages or configuration files. Being able to quickly glance at these files would be very nice.
