PowerToys auto-update, WinGet

Running as admin

Steps to reproduce

enable it.
go to VS or VSCode --> now you can no more trigger the intellisense

✔️ Expected Behavior

Enable this shortcut only if file explorer or change the default

❌ Actual Behavior

No response
