Steps to reproduce

This is not a bug in of PowerToys itself (for instance a behavior in the tools that doesn't behave as expected or a crash) but an unexpected behavior post installation as of version 0.70.0.

After this version went live, the shortcut Ctrl + Space no longer functions as expected in Microsoft Excel (the shortcut to select the whole column). Today I confirmed it was PowerToys causing the problem. After I uninstalled it, the shortcut worked. When I reinstalled it, the shortcut ceased functioning.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expected to install PowerToys and Excel shortcuts to be unaffected.

❌ Actual Behavior

Excel shortcuts (specifically Ctrl + Space) no longer work.
