Awake - command-line option not working with 0.69.0, revert to 0.68.1 fixes it #25395

Steps to reproduce

Install PT 0.69.0, from a CMD shell navigate to the awake folder, and run PowerToys.Awake.exe with --display-on=true --time-limit=32400 and it will open a new window but it is only a black window with no text, and the computer does not stay awake.

Uninstall 0.69.0 and install 0.68.1 and the same process works

✔️ Expected Behavior

A screen similar to the following and the computer staying awake:

[2023-04-11 09:31:02.0984 INFO] The value for --time-limit is: 32400

[2023-04-11 09:31:02.0984 INFO] Timed keep-awake. Expected runtime: 32400 seconds with display on setting set to True.
[2023-04-11 09:31:02.1827 INFO] Initiated temporary keep awake in background thread: 4288. Screen on: True

❌ Actual Behavior

Black window with no text, and computer does not stay awake.

This issue seems to be have been caused by the removal of NLog.config from the installer.
