Steps to reproduce
Install PT 0.69.0, from a CMD shell navigate to the awake folder, and run PowerToys.Awake.exe with --display-on=true --time-limit=32400 and it will open a new window but it is only a black window with no text, and the computer does not stay awake.
Uninstall 0.69.0 and install 0.68.1 and the same process works
✔️ Expected Behavior
A screen similar to the following and the computer staying awake:

❌ Actual Behavior
Black window with no text, and computer does not stay awake.
