Using Damien Leroy's PowerAccent, the spanish characters has the open punctuation mark (¿) and the open exclamation mark (¡) when you press the comma. But here, it only has both punctuation marks (¿?). The "?" has a key even with english keyboard, but is not the case for the "¡". Please help.
Scenario when this would be used?
