Quick accent - some accents not included

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hello! This feature has been a godsend and solves a solution a lot of us have here in New Zealand. Many friends are clinging to OSX purely because accents are more well featured there. Great work Team!

One issue I've found is that it seems the accents currently includes a selection of 6 accents (presumably from european languages?). In Te Reo Māori (Māori language) we use flat accents ā ē ī ō ū.

I could also see this being useful for the occassional tone marker when typing in hànyǔ pīnyīn (romanised chinese incl tones)

It would be great for these to be added, or even better as tmasrour posted here, to have options for re-ordering and changing which accented characters are included in the pop-up menu.

Scenario when this would be used?

For those who need to occassionally use words in various languages, particularly those outside europe.

In New Zealand in Particular, typing 95% of a message in english but using the occasional Māori word is incredibly common.
