Use updated Context menu in systray

Currently we have an old style context menu. We should adopt a more modern systray context menu :)

Doesn't #1902 do this?

My earlier mock-up based on a UWP Flyout so it fits in better with other native Windows system flyouts (e.g. Wifi or Volume control). Not sure if this would be possible with XAMLIslands / WinUI though.

Would be interesting to explore what else we can add here that would make most settings:

• Customizable list of shortcuts to (PowerToys) tools?
• Details on the active status indicators (as mentioned in Modernizing the PowerToys icon #1118)

Would be nice to have a FancyZones menu item as well, that would allow you to quickly switch between the different templates! Like this:
