Description of the new feature / enhancement

A ocr image reader (there's some browser extensions named like this). It reads the text content of an image and transcribe into editable text for copy/past.

Scenario when this would be used?

There are many scenarios that this could be useful. To me, I've seem myself stranded on transcribing text from PDF or JPEG images of books in college, or trying to copy cellphone numbers from images of stores in Google Maps, which i needed to contact them.
