Description of the new feature / enhancement

Usage just like snippet tool

• Select area of image/video
• Checks for text in image
• If it finds any text convert to plain text and save it in clipboard

Scenario when this would be used?

As a poweruser I can select a piece of text inside a video/image, so that I can copy it and paste it in a text editor.
Main purpose is for not having to type a lot of code from an image, especially if teachers only share pictures of code!

Supporting information

• A google Extension called BlackBox, downfall : it's an extension only.
• Something like OCR software apps
