PTVS fails to load file for other frames in mixed mode debugging #8068

Debugging https://github.com/microsoft/PTVS/tree/main/Examples/PythonNative you cannot open other frames in the callstack. Debugger complains that the file is already in use. That's likely not the real problem.
