[python-package] use keyword arguments in predict() calls #5755

Contributes to #3756.

Proposes using keyword arguments for calls to predict() methods inside the Python package. This prevents "accidentally passed arguments in the wrong order" types of bugs, and in my opinion makes it a bit easier to read and understand the code when working on it.
