• fmtlib 7.0.3 (Update fmtlib from 6.2.0 to 7.0.3 #1572)
• evercrypt latest (Upgrade Evercrypt code #1576, Update evercrypt code #1362)
• msgpack-c 3.3.0 (Update msgpack from 3.2.1 to 3.3.0 #1587)
• nlohmann::json 3.9.1 (Upgrade nlohmann::json from 3.7.3 to 3.9.1 #1588)
• quickjs 2020-09-06 (Upgrade quickjs from 2020-04-12 to 2020-09-06 #1589)
• valijson v0.3 (Update valijson from v0.2 to v0.3 #1573)
• open enclave 0.11 rc1 (Upgrade to Open Enclave 0.11 rc1 #1583)

Our version of lua is also quite a bit behind at this point, but since we're planning to consolidate on to QuickJS quite soon, we won't spend the time to upgrade it.
