Bug in older Edge prevents webchat from loading

I have some users where the latest webchat does not start and shows errors in the Console.

• Windows 1703 (build 15063.1746)
• Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0

(on Microsoft Edge 44.18362.1.0 on Windows build 18362 it works well but I cannot force my users to upgrade their Windows)

The error is Invalid attempt to spread non-iterable instance.
The errors are shown in the screenshot below, and the polyfill version of the webchat does not help. It gives the same errors.

Two questions:

1. What could the issue be with Edge, that it does not process the javascript correctly?
2. Could you please add a browser compatibility matrix in the README of this repository? So - a table where we can see for which browser versions we need the polyfill version and for which browser versions we need the normal version?

@hansmbakker, we're hoping that this is fixed with @compulim's latest update on #1924. Could you take a look with master bits and see if this is resolved?

@corinagum unfortunately I haven't had time to compile the library myself yet and figured that the end of the month (which would see the new CDN version) was soon already so that I could try the updated CDN version. I'll let you know if the updated version does not solve it.

Fixed in the version that is on the CDN now.
