Send on behalf Email For Extension

Hi All,

I have a scenario where we are using an app extension to post purchase receipts for dropship items, which should trigger an email to the customer. We can successfully send the email for regular or replenishment items, but for dropship items, we encounter an issue because we cannot use the "send on behalf" functionality in BC. Since it involves an extension, I am struggling to identify the problem. Here are the checkpoints I've already covered:

Checked the Microsoft extension permissions in BC.
Approved the app extension in Azure (not an enterprise extension).
Configured Dynamic Ship settings.
The products we are using are:

BC (Business Central)
Dynamic Ship from Insight Works
The app extension.
