I can´t upload a new version to marketplace, with reference with obsolete integration event

When I upload a new offer version to the Marketplace, we receive the following error, because it is checking for the BC23 version, but we need to have the subscription to that event for current customers in BC22.

I have tried with the preprocessorSymbols, CLEAN20, CLEAN22, CLEAN23 and in no case does it work

Is there a way to have the code, but not have the Microsoft validator check for BC23?
