string serialization no longer appears on slot help pop up in submission portal

string_serialization appeared in the submission portal as "patter hint"... see #139 for an example

This should be re-activated

Criteria for completion

• Add back string_serialization to the submission portal multi view DH
• Change attributes to string_serialization and have these appear as pattern hint in submission portal
• Update and test -dev
• Approve and push update to production

DH looks at structured pattern for pattern hint. Not string serialization.
