Code:

import numpy as np
import KMeansRex
X = np.random.rand(50000000, 9)
Mu, Z = KMeansRex.RunKMeans(X, 1000)

Result:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what():  std::bad_alloc
[1]    26712 abort (core dumped)  python test.py

The same thing also happens in MATLAB:

[idx, C]=kmeansrex(allLambdas,100);

Unexpected Standard exception from MEX file.
What() is:bad allocation
..

allLambdas is a vector of 3965199 elements (1-dimensional).
