HTTPS broken on default installation

After running through the README and deploying a new application, when accessing https://my-wp-example.herokuapp.com all the media links are broken.

HTTPS works by default for *.herokuapp.com domains, so this seems like a bug in this repo. Specifically, many links pointing to http:// resources really should be protocol-agnostic // links.

This doesn't sound like an issue in this repo exactly. I generally use WordPress HTTPS to solve this.
