Test net endpoint not working.

When using any test net endpoint the process of deploying a contract does not work:

rerun again after a few minutes. it will work.

this wont happen in mainnet (never happened to me)

I really have tried multiple times and not one transaction was successful @crypt0miester
(not even the deploy one)

By just changing to devnet it works again...
