• use pygenprop instead of genome properties
  • make pygeneprop conda package

• add fast gene annotation with mmseqs instead of interproscan

@LeeBergstrand This is how I planned to use pygenprop to annotate pathway in genomes. As I see you already made a pypi package for pygenprop. The assign function works but differs from the genomeproperties, which is probably due to an error in their code?
