image-hub sample app web page not reachable #195

Description
The image-hub sample app web page isn't reachable due to paths not being configured.

Expected Behavior
Once image-hub is setup, the webpage should be accessible through the ingress IP.

Enviroment:

OS: e.g. Ubuntu 20.0.4
Browser: Chrome, Firefox

[Optional] To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Deploy the image-hub app
Try accessing http://<istio-ingress_ip>/
See 404 not found
