Describe the bug
The python3-saml package is not present inside the MAGE Docker image. That is ensured in the dockerfile for the plain Memgraph image. Due to MAGE installing the DEB image of the Memgraph inside it, there the python packages weren't installed.

Expected behavior
Python3-saml should be present.
