add onSuccess() and onError() callbacks to hooks #2

Implement functions to invoke depending on the status of the hook.

For instance:

const [authenticate, { data: authenticateData }] = useAuthenticate(address, signedChallengeData,
    onSuccess(data) {
      console.log('Success', data)
    },
    onError(error) {
      console.log('Error', error)
    },
    onSettled(data, error) {
      console.log('Settled', { data, error })
    }
);

It would be very useful and streamlined regarding to other recognized libs.
