Wrong title + URL for reset localized attributes

In the reset localized attributes section, the title + the menu link mention pagination instead of localized attributes.

It's probably due to a copy/paste since the pagination index setting is just below the localized attributes one.

Also, the link to this section (localized attributes) is #reset-pagination-settings, and the pagination link for reset is #reset-pagination-settings-1 so the links are wrong too :)
