Summary

text, emoji, mention, hashtag, url のみならばHTMLで実装・バージョン問わず安全にやり取りできると思われる。
childrenがいない必要がある。linkはchildrenを持つので微妙。
ブロック要素は改行の数で混乱することがあるので微妙。
