The default RAM estimation lead to OOM on Slurm for dataset:

/hpc/projects/arias_group/Vincent_Turon-Lagot/Imaging_Experiments/20241206_A549_DENV_offon_reporter_timecourse/reconstruct

Maybe the estimation can be improved?
