[v1.0.0b] - Meal Planner (Add Meal +) shows no data available

• I added a very descriptive title to this issue.
• I used the GitHub search to find a similar issue and didn't find it.
• I searched the Mealie documentation, with the integrated search.
• I already read the docs and didn't find an answer.

What is the issue you are experiencing?

New meal planner add meal modal (+ button). Create a new meal plan can't find any of the recipes on Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Recipe dropdown says 'No data available'.

Random Breakfast, lunch and dinners work.

Found this issue on my local Unraid docker installation, and demo.mealie.io

For anyone following this. In discord there was a discussion that the feature does work. If you start typing in the search bar it will fetch results. It will show No data until you start searching.

Perhaps some sort of pre-fetching should be done to be more intuitive.
