Subject of the issue

https://github.com/mdx-js/mdx/tree/master/packages/vue-loader#readme describes @mdx-js/loader instead of @mdx-js/vue-loader

Expected behaviour

Document something about Vue.

Actual behaviour

Documents nothing about Vue.
