Running supabase db push returns “Remote Database is up to date” even when I have made changes to the migration SQL… is there any way to reapply all migrations or something?

When you run supabase db push and it returns "Remote Database is up to date," it usually means Supabase has detected no new migrations to apply, even though you've modified the migration SQL. This could be due to Supabase not recognizing the changes as a new migration or a problem with the migration tracking.
