[Feature Request] Make "Auto export (on every snapshot)" ignore duplicate snapshots

Description

The "Auto-snapshot interval" function ignores saving snapshots when the current tabs are identical to the previously saved snapshot to avoid duplicates in the Snapshot viewer.

However, when Auto export is turned on it will still export a snapshot on each interval. I think it would be better if it followed the same behavior as the Auto-snapshot and only export when the snapshot content is different (or when manually saving a snapshot).
