Basic search needs a reset button #10

The basic search page needs a reset button that does the following:

  • clears the named combobox
  • Sets the extends search to have the descendants check box checked and unchecks the others.
  • Clears the using combobox
  • clears the filter by field.

Note that descendants should also be checked by default when you launch the app
