I have added a background scan in BLEMidiClient. The idea is to connect immediately on turning on the instrument. Is there any interest? I have no experience with uploading on github.

Hi, sorry for replying late. yes i'm interested ! to upload on github, you have to make a fork of the library on github, you make your modifications, then you make a pull request.
or else you can send me a patch via e-mail if you want, or put it here as an attached file.
