In this task, you'll actively promote inclusion and diversity within the Mautic community, building on the fact that we are already proud of being a welcoming and supportive space.

However, we recognize that there's always room to improve. You’ll work to identify any barriers that might prevent underrepresented groups from participating and propose solutions to make our community even more accessible. This could involve advocating for more inclusive language, ensuring diverse representation at events, or creating initiatives to encourage broader participation.

The goal is to continually grow and evolve into an even more inclusive, global community where everyone feels valued and empowered.

Hi @winkytwenky great that you're up for being involved in this! I think the Community Team are organising an onboarding call / meetup imminently so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime it'd be good to connect up with @ekkeguembel and @AvinashDalvi89 to discuss this task further.
