Bad gateway error on events where no notes were taken in Etherpad

As discussed in this meeting and adding here for visibility as others are noticing it, Events such as https://community.mautic.org/assemblies/community-portal-working-group/f/45/meetings/178 are getting a bad gateway error oops!

We know from debugging so far that this is happening when there's a template on Etherpad and there was no content written - Decidim asks for the content and Etherpad replies that there's nothing there, and it crashes. We added the text 'nothing here' manually to the Etherpad, and now you can see the meeting.

• There's a bug fix for the meeting crashing issue but it's waiting to be contributed back to Decidim. Should be able to get a fix for it though. At least it's impacting only meetings where there were no notes taken!
