I'm interested in the streem language development!
However, where should we discuss it? Are there already any communication platforms? Mailing list, IRC, or..?

While I'm not against GitHub Issues and I often like it for discussions, a chat room is nicer for certain more broad conversations in my opinion. If you'd like to have a simple chatroom for streem, gitter is pretty awesome and will give you a free open chat room for this repo.

I have never used gitter, but I will make a try.

Just for the record, Gitter can also be used as IRC channel: https://irc.gitter.im

In case someone who's following this issue hasn't noticed yet, we now have a Gitter chatroom. There is still discussion going on in GitHub issues though.
