Describe the bug
In the ReadMe.md it refers to https://gohugo.io/overview/installing/ this now goes to a 404 page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://github.com/mattstratton/castanet'
Click on 'For more information read the official setup guide of Hugo.'
See error

Expected behavior
Installation guide should show how to install it for current versions of Hugo
