If at all possible I prefer gpl3 but as this toolkit is an amalgamation of many others I don't know if that really can work. We may just have to rely on individual licenses within each relevant folder and let that suffice or have a synopsis licence on the main trunk summarising all the licences.

I don't know much about licenses, so I'm happy to follow your lead on this. I'm guess Carbon Theme has it's own license, and ES probably has one too. The Launch Bats are yours. The BaseVid theme was made for people to change and learn.

I don't know about any of the images though... The logos and system images used in the themes and the game images scraped from UXS...
