The TOC is incomplete and breaks down for navigation. I've played with it for over an hour with no luck. For instance, selecting conventions, the TOC sidebar is gone. I've attempted adding :tocdepth: directives, and they seem to have no effect. I'm at a loss because these work fine in my repositories.
