Policy for LaTeX writers on built versions of pages #1

The full / clear notebook runroles, and the Python runrole, generate files to associate with the main document (HTML, LaTeX, etc).

In the case of the LaTeX / PDF builds, these links are less useful, because the PDF generally gets shipped alone, without associated files.

It would be good, then to have a configuration option to drop these runroles from the LaTeX build.

It would also be good to have these runroles point to some built version, perhaps in the HTML pages.

Also - the latex build needs to be tested.
