Adjust system index alignment in the debugger

Current behavior

Currently the system index and system name in the debugger are all inline.

Proposed improvement

It would be better if the system index were either center or right aligned and the system name were left aligned, so that all of the system names and system indices are flush to a vertical line (imaginary, not visible) going between them. This will make things easier to visually parse.
