Need help running local

Hi i am new to this all, and i make my first steps with node.js. But when i try to run it local at my pc ( in my area the internet connection is not strong ) it shows a empty page in chrome.
What i did
Install python 3.10
install node.js
go to your unpack zip and run the index,html
but empty page .. can you help me plz
i really want to play with the parameters and learn more about it.
