For both cross-border person and (international) freight traffic, border facilities are needed as origin or destination of trips that cross the Swiss borders.
These facilities are not included in the default baseline scenario generation, however both freight and cross-border traffic generation, as they are currently implemented, assume that these facilities have been added in a prior step.
Should we just have all border stations (road, rail, air, boat, etc) already included in the raw data produced by the population generation scripts, and then both the freight and cross-border traffic generation can later assume that these facilities exist?
