Outside legs after/before PT

There are non-outside legs that seem to be outside of the area. This seems to be happening for PT only, it basically looks as if a connection from outside to outside is not replace with an outside leg, but stays pt.

One can search e.g. for [non-outside leg] -> [outside activity] -> [non-outside leg] -> [outside activity] -> [non-outside leg]. This should never happen (I think?) One reason may be the part where chains of outside activities are collapsed to the shortest possible chains ...
