Actual Behavior

load object meta in serial during ranges

Expected Behavior

If load object meta takes more than 10 seconds, issue a prefetch all meta job

Steps to Reproduce

After subscribing to a big table, scale down the disk cache and then scale up. Run a SQL with a filter on the non-cluster|non-pk column.
